    • Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam), Monday to Friday
  • Insured Shipping:
    • Cost: Additional fee applies based on shipping country (see checkout)
    • Delivery Time: 3-6 working days
    • Handling Time: 1 working day
    • Benefits: Covers the cost of replacement if the package is lost or damaged
    • Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam), Monday to Friday

Delivery Details

Tracking: All packages include a valid tracking code.

Carriers: Deliveries are typically handled by DHL, GLS, or DPD. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Tracking Your Order

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at service@supplyswap.com as soon as possible, but no later than the cut-off time on the day your order is placed.
